How cookies and similar storage are used on the public site and in Kwilo, when consent is needed, and how to manage your choices.
You can read the public pages without accepting analytics cookies. Where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. We do not use advertising tracking. The signed-in service may use cookies or similar storage where needed for sign-in, security and core product features.

Public pages and the signed-in service
- The public site at kwilo.co.uk and its official mirror at hellokwilo.com provide product information and access-request links. You can browse them without signing in.
- The signed-in product at app.kwilo.co.uk may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, session handling and product use. This public-site analytics does not track private workspace pages.
Consent
Valid consent comes before non-essential cookies are set. Any non-essential analytics or similar tools need a clear explanation of what they do, what data they use and how to switch them off again.
How to manage cookies
Use “Cookie choices” at the bottom of the page to accept or reject analytics. Rejecting stops future collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not delete data already collected. Your choice is remembered as kwilo-analytics-consent-v1 in local storage for 180 days on this browser and website address. The _ga cookies are restricted to the website host. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Google processes consented analytics data; see Google’s privacy policy. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or private workspace records to Google Analytics.

- Adjust browser settings if you want to block or delete cookies.
- Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies or storage may stop sign-in or core product functions from working properly.
Future changes
Any new non-essential use needs an updated notice before it begins. This includes analytics, embedded third-party content, advertising tools or new ways of storing information on your device.
